missingWrote a review on 04 Octrusted refrigeratorbroken pull-out bed
Our room had multiple maintenance issues during our stay. The fridge was rusted and barely functional, which made storing our food difficult. Also, the pull-out bed was severely broken, leading to a frustrating night. Constant issues with the fire alarm added to our stress, making it an overall unpleasant experience.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool could use a few more shaded areas for families with children.

A Relaxing Retreat with Beautiful Beach Access
Our family enjoyed a lovely three-night stay in Villa 22. The beachfront view was stunning, and we adored the peaceful atmosphere. While the villa could use a few updates, we appreciated the full kitchen and heated pool. Tip, bring an inflatable mattress for the pull-out couch’s comfort!

We had a fantastic time enjoying the stunning ocean view from our spacious balcony and the super comfy beds that let us relax after our beach days. The outdoor swimming pool was a great spot to unwind, and the beachfront made it so easy to soak up the sun. The only minor hiccup was the laundry facilities being a bit outdated, but it didn’t spoil our enjoyment at all. 😊

Perfect beach vibes with a few bumps
Spent 4 nights in a beachfront villa and loved the chill vibes. The beach was super clean and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Only downside was the unit felt a bit dusty and needed a deep clean. Also, bring your own beach chairs! Overall, it's a cozy spot for family fun. Can't wait for next year!

missingWrote a review on 04 Julprivate beachfun group vacationunexpected room charge
The private beach was amazing for chilling, and we also enjoyed great times at Russell-Fields Pier and Holiday Golf Club. Just a heads up, the pool isn’t heated and could use some updates for a better experience, but overall, we had a fun group vacation.
We had a bit of trouble with the unexpected room charge upon arrival, which was frustrating and cut into our spending money for activities. This left a sour note on our trip, so better confirm your rates beforehand.

missingWrote a review on 28 Junbeachfront accesswarm poolchemical odor
The beachfront access made lazy days on the sand easy. The warm pool temperature offered a pleasant way to unwind after the sun.
Right off the bat, we were hit with an overpowering chemical smell that lingered in the studio—especially annoying since the windows wouldn’t open. The tile floors felt sticky, like they hadn’t been cleaned properly, so we had to lay down extra linens just to walk through the place without squirming. We were also disappointed with the Murphy bed. it creaked and squeaked with every movement and wasn’t comfortable at all. Kitchen supplies were lacking too—only two forks for a family of six? Come on! It made a simple meal prep more complicated than it should’ve been. Lastly, cleanliness needed a serious upgrade—dust and grime on surfaces were way below standards.
